Lauren joined Fitzpatrick Group in July 2020. She is responsible for ensuring that all day to day administration and office requirements are managed efficiently. With over 15 years in the Life Insurance industry, working at Insurers, Reinsurers and Consultancy firms, Lauren has extensive experience in Life Insurance claims assessment, compliance, legislation, dispute resolution, financial reporting, system implementation and customer service.

- Provide support and administrative assistance to the General Manager & Partners
- Support the business owners in performance management and profitability objectives
- Management and mentoring of team, particularly administration team
- Assist clients with managing their information with the Australian Securities & Investment Commissions (ASIC)
- Develop and implement office standards, policies and procedures
- Manage the efficient and effective operations of the business
- Incorporating of companies, trusts and other entities
- Attending all corporate secretarial matters
